Wise Tech Group helps its customers to dispose of old and unnecessary electronic equipment, such as computers, printers, monitors, hard-drives, serves, switches, etc. We do so in a responsible and cost effective manner. When equipment is no longer needed, it is good to know that it can be safely refurbished and reused elsewhere. Some equipment can be recovered, to be used to re-manufacture products and to extend life for certain products. Some call it the “circular economy of electronic life”.

Data Securely Destroyed

Have you ever wondered what happens to the data that is stored on your old hard-drives? Take a moment to think, what would happen if information ended in the wrong hands? Wise Tech partners with Government of Ontario certified recycling facilities that shred and physically destroy data on your old hard-drives and electronic devices. Here is how it works:

Step 1: Pickup – First we pickup your old hard-drives or electronic devices.

Step 2: Catalog – All equipment then catalog and documented.

Step 3: Destruction – Depending on the customer requirements, equipment is either physically shred or data is wiped, so that equipment can be recycled / re-used.

Wise Tech Group implemented an E-Recycling Program to help small and medium size businesses to dispose of unwanted old electronic equipment. We want our customers to know that when properly disposed, recyclable components such as plastics, glass, metal, aluminum extracted from old equipment can then be used to manufacture new products. This is good for the world and Ontario economy.
